At Judy's School of Dance all of our dancers have the oppurtunity to perform in our spring recital. We have classes for all ages starting at the age of three. Our beginners start in a core class which is a combination ballet and tap class.

Fitness Classes

POUND - is a fitness class designed for all levels and abilities. It is a full body workout that combines cardio, conditioning and strength training with yoga and pilates- inspired movement. POUND is based around the lightly weighted drumstricks that are used to make some noise while you work out and rock out! 

Barre Above - is a fun result driven workout class based around ballet barre combined with pilates and yoga. Barre Above will teach you to find strength of a dancer within you and transform your body!

Plyoga - is a training system using yoga as a active recovery for plyometric movement. This is a strengthing class for all levels. 

All of our classes are taught by certified instructor - 
Mary Ann Orme 

No dance or fitness experience necessary. All equipment provided.
