The beauty of Zumba is anyone can do it! You do not have to know how to dance at all. Zumba is for any age, young, old or in between. Men and Women both can enjoy the work out!
WHAT IS A CLASS LIKE?
A typical class includes a warm-up session, the routines and a cool down. Just make sure you wear comfortable workout clothes, bring lots of water, and a positive attitude! Burn 400-600 calories!!!

WHAT IS ZUMBA?
Zumba is a mix of body shaping movements with easy to follow dance steps like meringue, salsa, mambo, samba, as well as dances from around the world. The dances are high energy and put to Latin Music that makes you want to get up and dance! It is fun and a very good way to exercise, but the bonus is you don't even feel like your exercising! It's a FITNESS PARTY!!
